Our pieces are handmade and not massed produced. They are very delicate and therefore need to be treated with care when handling and wearing. Many also have antique elements which need to be treated gently.
How can I get a Missy Jacobs piece?
Getting a piece is easy, it's narrowing it down to one that is hard!
You can visit Missy's Sydney workroom (appointments only) to try on as many pieces as you like & order in person. A 50% deposit is required to commence the work with the balance being due on completion prior to shipping.

Shipping, How does it work?
The cost of shipping and handling is already factored into the price of each piece.
We use the Platinum Express Post service by Australia Post. It is a next day delivery service that requires a signature on delivery and goods are trackable online. If there is no one to sign for your delivery, a card will be left advising where the item can be collected from. Please also note that orders cannot be re-directed to another address once they have been dispatched.
Shipping usually occurs 4 to 6 weeks after a deposit has been taken. For special rush deliveries please contact us directly as this may or may not be possible and a surcharge applies.
In the unusual case that your order will take longer than that estimated 4-6 weeks, you will be notified by email and you have the option deciding whether or not to go ahead with the order.
Is GST already part of the price?
Yes, GST is already included in the price of each item. It will be itemised on your receipt, for your own records.
How will my item be packaged?
All Missy Jacobs Millinery pieces come delicately packed in cream tissue paper for support in transport and storage thereafter. It is then packaged in a beautiful cream hatbox with a gold wax seal and hessian ribbons. You'll want pride of place for the box alone! It is recommended that you store your piece back in the tissue and box for safe keeping and protection from excess sunlight and dust.
Do you exchange or refund?
Please choose carefully as MJM does not exchange or refund, each piece is made to order and therefore we cannot refund.
